  • Business information — for broker partners and entity borrowers, this may include business name, EIN, ownership structure, and operating documents.
  • Communication content — records of calls, texts, emails, chat conversations, and any documents you upload or send to us.

  • Public records, property databases, title companies, and appraisal services.
  • Marketing partners, lead-generation platforms, and referral sources who have your consent to share your information with us.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Evaluating loan scenarios, underwriting applications, and routing qualified deals to appropriate lending partners.
  • Communicating with you about quotes, applications, document requests, closings, and account servicing.
  • Verifying your identity and protecting against fraud, unauthorized transactions, and misuse of our Services.
  • Sending you marketing communications, follow-ups, and educational content (which you may opt out of at any time).
  • Operating, maintaining, and improving the performance, security, and user experience of our Services.
  • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and government or regulatory requests.

03Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Lending partners and capital providers — banks, private lenders, and capital sources we route your scenario to in order to obtain a quote or close your loan.
  • Service providers — vendors that support our operations, including hosting, CRM, email and SMS delivery, document storage, e-signature, analytics, and identity verification.
  • Settlement and closing parties — title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, appraisers, and insurance providers required to close your transaction.
  • Affiliates and brand entities — our affiliated platforms (including lendInvestors.com and InvestorsFundingGuide.com) when relevant to your inquiry.
  • Legal and regulatory disclosures — when required by subpoena, court order, regulator, or applicable law, or to investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

All third parties that receive personal information from us are contractually required to handle it securely and only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

04Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Services use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to recognize your device, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver relevant marketing.

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function, including form submission and security.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our Services (for example, Google Analytics).
  • Advertising and retargeting — allow us and our partners (such as Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn) to show you relevant ads on other platforms.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of some features. We honor "Do Not Track" signals where legally required and offer opt-out controls described in Section 6.

05Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information. These include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, secure document storage, employee training, and ongoing monitoring of our systems.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

06Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your information, subject to legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
  • Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any message, or reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
  • Restrict or object — limit certain processing activities, including profiling for marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

07GLBA Privacy Notice

Because we offer financial products and services, we are subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") and its implementing Privacy of Consumer Financial Information rule (Regulation P).

Notice to Financial Customers

We collect non-public personal information ("NPI") from you as part of your application and from third parties such as credit bureaus and verification services. We share NPI only as permitted by GLBA — to process your transaction, with service providers under confidentiality agreements, with lenders and capital partners evaluating your scenario, and as required by law. We do not sell your NPI to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may have the right to limit certain sharing under GLBA. To request limits on sharing or to receive our full GLBA disclosure statement, contact us at the address in Section 12.

08California Resident Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), provides you with additional rights, including:

  • The right to delete personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA).
  • The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

Certain information collected as part of a financial transaction is exempt from the CCPA under the GLBA exemption. To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us using the details in Section 12.
