WITHOUT these forms I can ONLY provide GENERIC or SOFT Terms, such as;

• Minimum FICO: 650
• Max amount: $5MM
• PPP: 5 year
• Both 30-year fully amortization and 5-year IO loan available
• Minimum 70% occupied
• Interest rate: 10.99% ~ 12.99%
